Star F***ing and Name Dropping!

It’s become a running joke on my podcast, COMIC NEWS INSIDER, that we’re known for being name dropping/star fuckers who only want big names on the show. I’m actually friends with a lot of those people whom I mention but…whatever, punks. That being said, I do have lots of people on that you may not have heard of. And they’re just as awesome if not more than some of the big guns.

Still, and maybe you’ll see this as hypocritical, I do question others who DO seem to only want big names on their own podcasts. I’ve had some of them on my show. Yet, they wouldn’t even consider having me on. Sure, I’m nobody, but I’d like to think I’m somewhat entertaining. And I’m kind of/sort of/maybe a bit/miniscule-y/mildly an internet personality? WELL, MY MOMMY THINKS SO AND SO DO I! 

I get it, bigger names = bigger audience. But sometimes just having someone entertaining on (not just talking about me here) can make it a fun episode. Just sayin’.
