The ice dessert was a sort of Southeast Asian variation on the traditional Korean "pat bingsoo" (that was the name that I couldn't think of last night), with all the normal syrups and red beans and fruit and jellies and stuff, but with coconut ice and coconut ice cream instead of the usual plain ice and sweetened milk. 'Twas awesome.

Williamette. Who knew?

That food was fabulous! I loved it. We must go back again and soon. I can't tell you how great it was to get out of the house and just be with friends and laugh. I so needed that. And next time careful with those chopsticks, Jimmy. Didn't your mother tell you that you could poke your eye out with one of those things? :-)
