Planet Hulk and New Galactica Writer Joins CNI for Special Interview
February 19, 2007, Runnemede, NJ - Dynamic Forces, the comic book and collectible industry's top producer of limited edition and autographed memorabilia, announced today that their continued sponsorship of the Comic News Insider - a weekly podcast spotlighting comic book and pop culture news, event updates, contests, interviews, reviews and more - will feature the "out of this world" writer of "Planet Hulk" and Battlestar Galactica, Greg Pak, on Episode 77 (available at www.dynamicforces.com on February 21, 2007)!
Pak has written such titles as Warlock, Phoenix: Endsong, Phoenix: Warsong, Iron Man, and The Incredible Hulk for Marvel Comics and a comic series for Dynamite Entertainment based on the Sci-Fi Channel's Battlestar Galactica. Additionally, Greg is an award-winning writer and director whose feature film, Robot Stories played in 75 festivals and won 35 awards. He was named one of 25 Filmmakers to Watch by Filmmaker Magazine and was described as "a talent with a future" by Elvis Mitchell in the New York Times.
Greg Pak will be joining CNI hosts Joe Gonzalez and Jimmy Aquino to discuss his amazing career in comics and film and his current projects, including the Battlestar Galactica comic book series from Dynamite Entertainment, the Incredible Hulk: World War Hulk from Marvel and more!
CNI Episode 77 will also feature reviews of the week's TV shows, DVD releases, movies and comics books. Also Joe & Jimmy will fill the fans in on the big NYCC (Feb 23 - 25) where they have plenty of great events planned for the Comic News Insider table, including a huge raffle and signings. Additionally, Comic News Insider announced that they will be part of the "Podcast Arena" at the NY Comic Con February 23-25 2007. A first for the NY Comic Con, the "Podcast Arena" will be set up right near Artist Alley on the Galleria Level just above the main show floor. CNI is planning several events for that weekend- so be sure to check in for updates.
